You already have existing floor plans of your home from when it was built. But the designer wants to charge you to redraw them … and in 3D? Is this really necessary?
A UA Community member got in touch with me, confused about why she was being presented with this extra fee from every designer she spoke with.
She had great quality drawings of her home from when it was built in 1986. Yet, all the designers she was speaking to wanted to draw them in 3D, and charge her extra fees for it.
